Nineteen-year-old Ruan Yaoyao, an archaeology freshman at University A, possesses the bloodline of a drought demon and inherits the Ruan family's mystical arts. Abandoned by her parents in the human world, she fends for herself, secretly opening "Yaoyao's Spirit Cleaning Company" with her mischievous friend Dingding, specializing in all sorts of spiritual and supernatural commissions.By day, she's an aloof, icy college student; by night, she transforms into an exorcist, taking on jobs to make money, chasing handsome men, and dealing with all sorts of bizarre supernatural events: opera-singing spirits in toilets, delivery zombies, dancing ice sculptures, striking figurines, tantrum-throwing books, data lifeforms, escaped monsters, and more. The story is primarily episodic comedy, filled with hilarious, imaginative, and trending gags. From simply taking orders to make money, she gradually learns to accept her own drought demon bloodline, values friendship and family, and works with her partners to resolve conflicts between the mortal world and the spirit world. Ultimately, Yaoyao's Spirit Company successfully goes public in the spirit world, embarking on a brand new adventure. Overall style: Urban fantasy, supernatural, lighthearted and hilarious, a thrilling coming-of-age story.
